What the Course Covers
Our hands-on training is detailed, engaging, and designed to make you confident in your ability to respond during a medical emergency.
You’ll learn to:
Identify signs of cardiac arrest in infants, children, and adults
Perform CPR adapted to each age group
Deliver safe and effective rescue breaths
Use an Automated External Defibrillator on both children and adults
Respond to choking for conscious and unconscious individuals
Understand scene safety and emergency protocols
After completing the course, you’ll receive a Red Cross CPR certification valid for 2 years, accepted by schools, employers, and healthcare institutions nationwide.
